Shipping & Delivery
Many of the items we carry are shipped directly from warehouses in various locations and many are made to order, due to this shipping may vary.
We make every effort to ship items within 1-3 business days AFTER your order is placed. Normally items ship within 7-15 business days due to stock status and due to some items being custom made and requiring additional time. We try to ship orders in full, in one shipment for your convenience. However, depending on the items ordered, you may receive your order in multiple shipments from multiple warehouses in order to fulfill your order. If we discover that an item is not available, we will contact you as soon as possible.
If you need an expedited shipment it's best to email us before placing your order to inform us of your needs. The couriers we use are insured and traceable. Pooch Wup typically uses USPS, but not limited to UPS, FedEx and other shipping methods. When your order is shipped you will receive an email indicating it has shipped and a tracking number. Some packages may have tracking unavailable until after the package has been delivered.
Please be sure your contact information is correct. Pooch Wup is not responsible for incorrect addresses given, refused shipments or unclaimed shipments. We have no control over mail delivery once it is shipped so please check with the carrier if we show it shipped and you have not received it.

Also, if you are an International customer, please be aware that additional shipping costs will apply. You can also email us for a shipping quote. All international orders will be shipped with insurance and tracking. Customer are responsible for any taxes or duty charges.
